In this episode of Under the Lamplight, Brett and Chris descend into Axis Mundi, Avalon’s vast subterranean library. They discuss its role as the keeper of the city’s knowledge, the important records entrusted to it by the magistrate families, and the secretive librarians who oversee its endless collections. The deeper Axis Mundi reaches beneath the streets, the stranger, more esoteric, and more forbidden its knowledge becomes.

Streets of Avalon is a low-fantasy urban roleplaying game about people living in a city shaped by classism, corruption, and decay. Its characters struggle to survive, protect the people closest to them, and bring a little light into an unforgiving world.
